ASL has partnered with Avista Utilities to identify an environmentally friendly hydraulic fluid. The ability of ASL to rigorously test commercially available fluids head-to-head provides reassurance that strict performance requirements are being met. Various ASTM methods are employed in this work. Moreover, ASL scientists have the chemical understanding to formulate hydraulic fluids that better address Avista’s environmental and performance needs.
